The program is implemented in Palestine over a period of 3 years, with 4 rounds and 16 cycles, and each cycle includes 25 teachers who go through 4 innovative sprints implemented over 5 months. Each sprint lasts one month and is made up of four stages (Learn, Plan, Apply, Reflect/Develop). In the fifth month, each team presents their digital project for final evaluation.
